Emily Wolf

General Counsel

Emily Wolf joined The STRO Companies as General Counsel in 2021. With more than twenty years of legal experience, Emily oversees all legal affairs for STRO, including day to day legal matters of the company as well as the structuring and execution of all major transactions. Prior to joining STRO, Emily served as General Counsel of a New York City based real estate development and investment company. Her role included advising on complex legal issues related to property acquisitions and sales, development financings, refinancing, and property management. Emily also was a partner in the Real Estate group at the law firm Meister Seelig & Fein. She earned a B.A. degree from University of Michigan and a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law.
