Controller

Erik Otterbein serves as the Controller overseeing all accounting functions for The STRO Companies and continuing our efforts to enhance systems while growing the portfolio. Erik graduated Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a focus in Accounting. He attained his CPA license in 2008. Erik joins The STRO Companies with extensive property accounting experience from various family office real estate operators in Northeast New Jersey, most recently with Paramount Assets, where he was controller, overseeing a portfolio of over 200 mixed use properties.
