Jeffrey Pandolfo

Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Pandolfo joined The STRO Companies in 2022 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer.  In his role, he is responsible for oversight of the firm's acquisitions, capital markets, leasing, construction and property management teams, with a focus on portfolio and organizational growth, performance and strategy.  Prior to joining STRO, he was the Managing Director of Asset Management for TSCG Investors.  Prior to that, Jeff was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Leasing for TSCG in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets.  He has also held positions at L&M Development as Director of Leasing and Extell Development Company as Vice President of Commercial Leasing.  Jeff received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yale University.  He currently resides in Manhattan with his wife and two children.
