Mark Jackson

Director of Construction & Development

Mark Jackson serves as Director of Construction & Development at The STRO Companies.  In his role, Mark is responsible for planning and executing all development, capital improvement, and tenant improvement projects in the STRO real estate portfolio.  Prior to joining STRO in June 2022, he was Director of Project Management for Colliers Project Leaders.  Prior to Colliers, Mark worked as Vice President, Head of Construction & Development at Ivy Realty.  He has also held positions at JLL as a Senior Project Manager and Team Lead working exclusively on JPMorgan Chase & Co. Global Real Estate projects; New York University in the Office of Construction Management where he managed a wide range of capital improvement projects; and Thacher Associates where he provided risk advisory services to public and private sector clients on their major capital programs.  Mark received a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.  He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
