Victor Rogen

Director of Acquisition and Asset Management

Victor Rogen serves as the Director of Acquisition and Asset Management at The STRO Companies. With an extensive background in real estate investment and finance, Victor is responsible for sourcing new acquisition opportunities, performing financial underwriting, spearheading the due diligence process, and proactively managing the existing portfolio to maximize its value. Before joining The STRO Companies, he successfully managed a two million square foot portfolio across all asset classes on the east coast of the United States while working with institutional clients. He also has prior experience in private equity, primarily working in the ground lease sector. Victor holds a Master's in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and an undergraduate degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business in Austria. He currently lives in White Plains, New York, with his fiancé.
