The Stro Cos. has purchased a fully occupied, 78,000-square-foot industrial property in
Fairfield, the Ridgewood-based firm announced Monday.
The property, located at 140 Clinton Road, is home to two tenants and sits directly along
Route 46, offering quick access to interstates 80, 280 and 287, among other highways.

industrial property in Florham Park. Located at 4 Vreeland Road, the multitenant complex is fully occupied and provides tenants with quick access to several area highways. The Ridgewood-based firm acquired the
property from an unidentified buyer for an undisclosed price

Stro acquires 120,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Wyckoff

The Stro Cos. has continued its string of acquisitions this year, announcing the addition of a 120,000-square-foot industrial building in Wyckoff. The firm, which is based in Ridgewood, marked the start of the fourth quarter with its purchase of 500 West Main St. Its newest acquisition is 90 percent occupied and sits on 14 acres, with 21-foot clear ceilings and significant parking and loading.
