EMILY WOLF

Emily Wolf joined STRO as General Counsel in 2021. With more than twenty years of legal experience, she oversees all legal affairs for STRO, including day-to-day legal matters of the company as well as the structuring and execution of all major transactions.

Before joining STRO, Wolf served as General Counsel of a New York City-based real estate development and investment company. Her role included advising on complex legal issues related to property acquisitions and sales, development financings, refinancing, and property management. Additionally, Wolf served as partner in the Real Estate group at Meister Seelig & Fein. She holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the Cardozo School of Law.
