ROI-NJ names 16 finalists for 2026 New Jersey Family Business of the Year Awards

ROI-NJ has selected 16 finalists for its inaugural 2026 New Jersey Family Business of the Year Awards, recognizing family-owned companies for their leadership, longevity and impact across the state.

The finalists are divided into two categories based on annual revenue — Under $10 million and Over $10 million — with eight businesses selected in each category.

Nominations were submitted from across New Jersey and represented businesses spanning a broad range of industries.

Finalists were selected through a scoring process that considered longevity, family values, distinctive business strategies, community service and a commitment to carrying the family business and its legacy forward.

The finalists will be recognized at the ROI-NJ Family Business of the Year Awards luncheon on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026, at The Hanover Manor in East Hanover.

One winner from each category will be announced during the ROI-NJ Family Business of the Year Awards luncheon on Oct. 15. Finalists are listed alphabetically.
