Stro taps former CBRE broker as director of leasing

A former broker has joined The Stro Cos. as its new director of leasing, the firm announced.

In a news release, the Ridgewood-based investor and operator said Elliot Ferris joins its team after four years with CBRE. In his role as a national leasing broker with the real estate services firm, he specialized in omni-channel retail expansions and investor advisory.

“We are happy to have Elliot join our growing family,” Stro Founder and Principal Steven Millstein said. “His experience in omni-channel real estate deal making and creative approach to structuring transactions is a great addition to our team.”

Ferris earned a bachelor’s from Fairfield University, with interim study at London School of Economics. The New Jersey native lives on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
